Each Set Top Box is fully tested and checked before we ship it. But if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 3 days of the date that you received your order.
Note that a 30% restocking fee will be applied to opened product.
Shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. ie. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account.
